Q: Can you play in both Doubles and Singles Division?

A: Players are able to compete in multiple divisions - limited only to playing in respective divisions (i.e. Competitive Doubles players can only compete in Competitive Singles).  If you register for unlike divisions you will be defaulted from the tournament. 

Q: What is the payout for the tournament?

Q: Is the tournament single or double elimination?

A: This year’s tournament will begin with round robin play – guaranteeing all participants at least 2-rounds of play.  The team with the best record within each round-robin draw (one game best to 21) will advance to the tournament’s main draw (single elimination; best 2 out of 3 matches - games to 21).  The tie-breaker for each round-robin play will be determined by the winner of the head-to-head match.

Q: The registration form didn't ask for my partner’s name, did I miss something?

A: No.  On the day of the tournament, during registration/check-in we will ask for your partner’s name during that time. As for now, just register one name and their information.

Q: Is beer included in the registration fee?  

A: Beer is not included in the registration fee.  You may purchase beer during the event at a nominal price.

Q: How competitive is the competitive division?

A: The competitive division will be very competitive.  There will be some of the best players in the Midwest coming to play in this tournament.  However, if you are up to a challenge and think that you are a good bags player, then the competitive division is for you. If not feel free to compete in our Social Division.
